In its Series D, Livspace was successful in raising $90 million. The lead investors were Kharis Capital, Nicholas Cartars Venture Partner and Peugeot Group, and EDBI.

Even existing investors TPG Growth, Goldman Sachs, UC-RNT, and Bessemer Venture took part in the investment.

In its Series C, Livspace raised $70 million led by TPG Growth and Gold Sachs.
