Later, Jugaadu Kamlesh describes the reason for his business idea. As, Kamlesh is from a farmer’s family, so he was keen on his father’s health. Because he was witnessing that his father’s health was deteriorating while spraying pesticides on the farmland.

As a practice, farmers carry over 10 to 15 liters of pesticides tank on their backs to spray pesticides. While spraying with the help of a long pipe connected to the tank, some of the droplets were coming into contact with the eyes, nose, and mouth.

Consequently, many farmers’ health was affected by pesticides. Even Jugaadu Kalmesh’s father’s condition was also deteriorating. Later, his father was contacted with the disease as well.

So, Juggadu Kamlesh thought to bring a solution to his father’s problem. Then he went to bring some material to build the Cycle Sprayer prototype.

It was a long process for him to build the prototype. Actually, it took almost 7 years to build the prototype. His solution was incredible, he made a three-wheeler cycler where he made some space to hold the pesticide tank.

Then he connected the tank opening to the cycle handle. So, whenever he cycle in motion, one can easily spray over the farms.

Even the three-wheeler cycle has a tubeless tire to facilitate moving with less friction on the land. Even it can be used for seed dropping as well.

It took the overall cost over 8 to 12k. Even it is affordable to the farmers to purchase the product. Later the product price might come down if he manufactures in bulk.

After the product was built, Kamlesh’s friend ‘Naru’ upload the video on youtube. Then the video got viral with 65 lakhs views. Later, people contacted him to deliver the product. During his journey his friend ‘Naru’ was supportive.

Even some companies approached to sell his product for 5 to 10 lakhs. But Kamlesh did not sell because he had worked for 7 long years. So, he could not just sell his product and lose his ownership.

As the name suggests Jugaad, Kamlesh also had that innovative mindset. Even he could do all the Jugaad for the activities done in the farming.
